To get started, all you need is a desire to help others and a home workspace equipped with a desk, computer, phone and fax. You don’t need employees, expensive bookkeeping, payroll or insurance.

Living Options offers select individuals a unique opportunity to pursue a rewarding career through helping refer seniors to retirement facilities. Working as a Living Options Branch Manager is the easiest way to get started in the growing senior care industry.

While previous experience in sales, marketing and business ownership can be helpful, these credentials are definitely not required and we have had excellent managers from all walks of life.

As a Branch Manager, your job will include getting the word out and finding referrals. Your local Chamber of Commerce, for example, presents many opportunities for community networking with other local business owners. Once you have succeeded in referring your first clients, by providing them with excellent customer service, you will ensure more referrals which will keep your branch growing. How much you will grow depends on you.

Living Options Management Team

The Living Options management team, consisting of Pat Broemser and Ime Ekanem, will assist you in developing your business operations, accounting/finance, marketing, sales and all office procedures. We will travel to your offices and assist on a one-to-one basis in growing your business. In addition, we will remain available to answer questions by telephone and email.

Pat is also the founder of two other successful businesses in Northern California. Her extensive management consulting experience in various industries spans over twenty years. In addition to having founded and operated Living Options for the past twelve years, her skills enable her to provide expert consulting services to businesses.

Ime contributes to the team the marketing and sales experience he gained while working for Fortune 500 companies in various business development roles. He also has extensive management consulting experience in the senior referral business as well as other business ventures. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from San Jose State and is currently pursuing a Masters in Healthcare Administration from California State University, East Bay.
